Wholesale Terms and Shipping Orders must be prepaid at the time of your order. Payment may be made via Paypal, or you may call me with your credit card information. Payment by company check is also welcome. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, with other options available by special arrangement. Custom Designs You know your customer base better than I do. The designs in this catalog can be tailored to best suit their preferences. Please call or email me to discuss specific requests. Minimum Order $200 minimum first order when you are purchasing at wholesale. No minimums on reorders (customer pays shipping). There is no minimum requirement on dropship orders. Delivery Schedule Delivery time: 1-3 weeks for wholesale orders (based upon availability of stock). In-stock items will be mailed within seven (7) business days of receipt of payment. Any unworn jewelry item may be returned in original condition within two weeks of receipt for a full refund or exchange minus shipping costs. Please call or email me to arrange return. Customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. In the unlikely event of damage to the jewelry item due to manufacturing or design defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge within one (1) year of time of purchase.
